Job summary

A public service organization located in Dubai is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the annual manpower planning and recruitment execution aligned with Emiratisation strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s with relevant HR experience, alongside strong analytical skills to enhance employee satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Preparing the organization’s annual human resources manpower plans.
  • Participating in the development of recruitment plans based on human resources manpower plans and Emiratisation strategies.
  • Implementing the approved Emiratisation plan, and carrying out all procedures related to internal transfers, promotions, and secondments in accordance with the approved regulations.
  • Designing and developing surveys and opinion polls related to human resources procedures, services, and work systems, with the aim of creating an attractive work environment that achieves the desired alignment between employee needs and organizational requirements.
  • Analyzing data and statistical reports related to employee satisfaction surveys, and identifying opportunities for improvement and development that contribute to enhancing employee satisfaction.
  • Executing recruitment procedures for managerial positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and appointing candidates.
  • Conducting personal interviews for managerial positions in coordination with the relevant organizational units requesting the vacancies.
Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree does not require prior work experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources and Planning or an equivalent field.
  • A Diploma requires a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources and Planning or an equivalent field.
