• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Provide clear leadership, vision, and governance across all operations.
• Drive fundraising and resource mobilisation, including corporate and institutional partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Boards, partners, sponsors, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, financial controls, reporting, and long-term sustainability.
• Represent the organisation publicly through speaking engagements, events, and media.
• Ensure delivery against strategic KPIs and measurable impact across programmes.
