• Implement and maintain internal controls and audit readiness
• Manage cash flow, cost controls, and healthcare-specific financial processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Support ERP/finance system optimization and process improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare or hospital accounting/finance
