Job description

To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Hub Channel Team Lead to drive innovation within our busy Transportation network.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Support the overall daily management of operational duties, deputizing for the Hub Account Managers as required.
  2. Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station.
  3. Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
  4. Monitor performance and coach team members; partner with supporting departments to improve logistics processes and operations.
  5. Communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations and improve deliverables quality.
  6. Interview candidates for associate roles.
  7. Brief and monitor the workload of all associates, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately.
  8. Measure and monitor workflows and daily metrics, assisting the Operations Manager with performance tracking and reporting.
  9. Help train and mentor new associates.
  10. Follow up on and resolve process-related issues as needed.
  11. Work flexibly across shifts and do overtime when required.
  12. Resource your team effectively, including training, performance management, and continuous monitoring.
Key job responsibilities:
  1. Supervise shipment dispatch at the Hub.
  2. Monitor supply run costs timely.
  3. Manage operational metrics.
  4. Identify improvement opportunities with stores.
  5. Use maps to analyze store distribution and ADE Scouting.
  6. Deep dive into store performance metrics.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement projects.
  8. Present program quality metrics in stakeholder meetings.
  9. Collaborate with field team members to enhance customer experience.
  10. Supervise debrief monitoring for road shipments.
  11. Manage capacity performance analysis for volume balancing.
  12. Support partners in delivery processes.

The Hub program is part of Amazon's rapidly growing delivery network, partnering with small business owners to deliver to customers in complex last-mile scenarios. We are expanding in UAE, Egypt, Japan, Mexico, Spain, and the US, with plans for global reach.
