  • Conduct regular in-person meetings with channel partners to drive sell-through and strengthen relationships.

Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned product categories and accounts.
  • Execute promotions, bundles, and incentive programs to boost partner performance.
  • Track pipeline and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
Vendor Program Alignment
  • Collaborate with product and vendor teams to implement channel programs and campaigns.
  • Ensure partner compliance with vendor requirements including certifications and reporting.
  • Support execution of vendor-led initiatives and product launches.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and channel dynamics.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine positioning and strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
Operational Coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams (finance, logistics, product) to ensure smooth order processing and partner support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
  • Resolve partner escalations and ensure SLA adherence.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in IT Hardware and Accessories channel sales.
  • Strong local network of resellers, integrators, and retail partners.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner accounts.
  • Familiarity with brands like Samsung, Logitech, Kaspersky or similar brands including networking.
  • Experience in markets like Bur Dubai, Computer Street and similar throughout UAE.
Preferred Attributes
  • GCC channel ecosystem awareness.
  • Ability to operate across B2B and B2C sales motions.
  • Multilingual fluency and cultural awareness across UAE markets with proficiency in English.
