Role Overview
The Channel Marketing & E‑Commerce Leader will drive transformational initiatives to elevate Schneider Electric’s channel ecosystem and digital commerce capabilities across the Gulf region. The role combines strategic vision, data‑driven insights, and operational excellence to digitize partner experiences, enhance brand resonance, and deliver omnichannel solutions. The incumbent leads cross‑functional projects, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and achieves ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Transformational Responsibilities
- Design and launch persona‑driven programs across distribution and panel builder channels to strengthen engagement and loyalty.
- Digitize the end‑to‑end partner experience, ensuring seamless interactions and improved efficiency.
- Drive business performance visibility through advanced tools, dashboards, and analytics.
- Transform transactional sales into an omnichannel experience, integrating digital and physical touchpoints.
- Amplify Schneider Electric’s brand resonance by scaling targeted persona strategies and campaigns.
Operational Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketplace strategy to strengthen online presence and revenue streams.
- Collaborate closely with sales, offer marketing, and marcom teams to deploy initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Implement annual marketing plans and manage budgets to ensure delivery against defined ambitions.
- Monitor and review sales execution, driving continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead the transformation of channel management into a fully digital model, optimizing partner engagement.
- Drive eCommerce growth within the cluster, leveraging innovative solutions and best practices.
- Deploy persona‑based programs from lines of business (LOB) to enhance customer targeting and personalization.
- Support the evolution of Schneider Electric distributors, enabling their transition to modern, digital‑first operations.
Key Interactions
- Internal: Sales teams, offer marketing, pricing and commercial policy, marcom, digital transformation teams, regional leadership, finance, and operations.
- External: Distributors, panel builders, marketplace partners, digital agencies, and technology vendors.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience
- Proven track record in eCommerce, channel marketing, or partner management.
- Experience in digital transformation and omnichannel strategy within complex organizations.
