We are seeking a skilled and creative Ceramicist to join our team and produce high-quality ceramic homeware, including vases, plates, cups, bowls, décor pieces, and custom designs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with clay, wheel throwing, molding, glazing, firing, and producing consistent, durable pieces suitable for retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a wide range of ceramic homeware products (vases, plates, cups, bowls, trays, etc.).
• Use various techniques such as wheel throwing, hand-building, slip casting, and mold work.
• Prepare clay, shape forms, refine pieces, and apply glazes and surface finishes.
• Operate and maintain studio equipment such as kilns, wheels, molds, and tools.
• Ensure all products meet quality, durability, and design standards.
• Collaborate with the team on new collections, custom orders, and product development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Track production timelines and meet delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ceramicist, ceramic artist, or pottery maker.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ceramic homeware.
• Knowledge of clay types, glazes, firing temperatures, and kiln operation.
• Ability to produce consistent shapes and high-quality finishes.
