A dynamic organization in Dubai seeks a part-time Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating travel, and drafting communications. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the UAE market, and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Job Objectives:
To provide high-level executive and strategic support to the CEO, ensuring seamless
operations, effective communication, and coordination across internal and external
stakeholders. This role requires a resilient and emotionally intelligent individual who can
thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure executive environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Executive & Strategic Support
· Provide direct, high-level support to the CEO, including managing sensitive and
confidential matters with integrity.
· Act as a strategic support to the CEO, understanding priorities, business objectives,
and anticipating needs.
· Prepare presentations, reports, and key documents for the upper management
meetings.
Calendar & Travel Management
· Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule internal and external meetings, and
coordinate complex travel arrangements.
· Prepare agendas, minutes, and action plans for executive meetings.
Internal Liaison & Communications
· Serve as the communication bridge between the CEO and C-level executives,
department heads, and staff.
· Draft, and manage emails, memos, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
· Collect weekly status reports from C-levels, summarize key takeaways, and present
actionable items.
Project & Event Coordination
· Assist in tracking and driving completion of key deliverables and projects.
· Organize and execute high-level internal and external events with attention to detail.
Information & File Management
· Maintain confidential files, records, and reports.
· Ensure proper documentation of decisions, meeting notes, and sensitive
communications.
Personal Executive Tasks
· Handle select personal and logistical tasks with professionalism, discretion, and care
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of proven experience supporting higher managers.
Experience in the UAE market if preferred.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.

· Flexible availability when urgent needs arise after hours.
Technical Requirements:
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and any other similar tools and software
· Proficiency in managing and organizing high level reports.
· Knowledge of industry regulations, policies and procedures.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
