Overview

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and reliable Lead Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in Sharjah. The successful candidate will lead and supervise a team of caregivers, ensuring duties are performed in accordance with safety, quality, and professionalism standards.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise, train, and mentor caregivers to create a safe, caring, and supportive environment for clients.
2. Develop care plans for clients with input from family members or healthcare providers.
3. Monitor caregiver service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate client records and documentation of services.
5. Respond promptly to caregiver concerns or issues.
6. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards.
