This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in quoting, freight forwarding, customs coordination, and working with third‑party partners to ensure smooth delivery across international borders.

You will be responsible for:
  • Researching and planning the most appropriate and cost‑effective route for shipment
  • You will negotiate contracts, transportation and handling costs.
  • You will check and prepare documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packaging specifications, and compliance with overseas countries’ regulations and fiscal regimes
  • You will liaise with and manage third parties in accordance with customer requirements
  • You will arrange insurance and assist the client in the event of a claim
  • You will communicate with the customer, maintain visibility and control through all phases of the journey, including the production of management reports, statistical and unit cost analyst
  • Your will complete customs formalities or sub‑contracting services
  • You will provide quotations to existing clients/ new clients and agents
  • You will help and support local business development opportunities
What we need from you:
  • Previous experience in the freight forwarding industry
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • A high level of energy with a "can‑do" positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Eligibility to work in the country in which you are employed is essential
