An exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team. As Therapy Area Partner, your role will be a Sales Representative, a leading driver of our customer interactions and sales performance. You are the face of our customer experience approach and build deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients in order to drive sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

Job Description
Major Accountabilities
  • Drive Competitive Sales Growth: Identify and prioritize high‑potential HCPs and stakeholders through data analysis; deliver customer‑centric experiences to boost performance.
  • Engage and Build Relationships: Conduct value‑based conversations, personalize engagement journeys, and foster long‑term collaborations with HCPs and key influencers.
  • Develop Deep Customer Insights: Gather and share actionable insights, leverage data to adjust plans dynamically, and translate feedback into value‑added actions.
  • Deliver Value to Customers and Patients: Collaborate cross‑functionally to address unmet needs, act as a trusted partner, and create compliant, ethical solutions that enhance patient care.
  • Act with Integrity and Compliance: Uphold Novartis Code of Ethics, report adverse events within 24 hours, and manage marketing sample distribution responsibly.
  • Achieve Business Growth Objectives: Meet agreed budgets and timelines while excelling in execution of SFE KPIs and strategic projects.
  • Implement Marketing Strategies: Execute marketing messages, manage and engage TMEs by understanding their needs, and ensure effective account mapping.
  • Collaborate and Share Insights: Drive cross‑functional communication, share insights proactively, and support alignment across teams.
Minimum Requirements
  • A Degree in Pharmacy or relevant discipline.
  • Solid understanding of UAE market is preferred.
  • Cardio Renal Metabolic (CRM) experience is required
  • Specialty experience is a plus.
  • Solid communication, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Established experience in successfully managing and engaging TMEs.
