Position Overview

As a Cabin Cleaning Supervisor, you will supervise a team to ensure that all cabin activities are being performed safely and securely in accordance with Etihad and any applicable regulatory standards.

Accountabilities

• Receives, analyses and addresses functional enquiries and provides first line of problem resolution within well-defined guidelines and procedures
• Reviews and prioritizes workload and projects and directs team activities and assignments
• Maintains a strong focus on on-time performance
• Accountable for checking the condition and serviceability of equipment prior to use
• Responsible for doing final checks and signoffs as per set procedures, highlights any changes to plans and ensures approval for any changes to plans are properly secured
• Provides on the job training to team members
• Prepares both routine and non-routine reports
• Uses several software applications to deliver work requirements
• Highlights and suggests possible improvements to processes and procedures
• May perform other administrative activities or services function

Education & Experience

• High school plus 3 years work experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience required
