Job description

Rishworth is currently looking for C-17 Avionics Technicians who will be responsible for the daily'I' and 'O' level maintenance of the C-17 Globemaster III in accordance with both regulatory and organizational requirements.

This is a position based in Abu Dhabi which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents. Education sponsorship, medical and insurance will be covered along as well with attractive employee benefits.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled / unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of C-17 avionics systems.
  • Conduct Home Station Checks, corrosion, and special inspections per approved maintenance program.
  • Operate and maintain Ground Support Equipment (GSE), tools, and equipment records.
  • Handle aircraft launch / recovery, including pre-, thru-, post-flight, and quick turnaround inspections.

Support surge operations, deployments, and contingency tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 6–8 years of hands‑on C-17 aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Proven experience in aircraft servicing, component identification, troubleshooting, wiring systems and functional checks etc.
C-17 Globemaster III type-training certificate
