Job description
POSITION SUMMARY

Provide personalized service and attention to fulfill all guest needs, including but not limited to:

  • Delivering coffee and tea upon request
  • Preparing notes of new arrivals to communicate important preferences to the entire hotel operation
  • Coordinating with the front desk to prepare VIP rooms
  • Checking the room key and double-checking if every detail meets guest expectations and requests
  • Coordinating with the front desk to escort early arrivals and being present upon guest check-in to anticipate needs
  • Completing the butler flags entered into local systems by reservation sales and other departments, and sending pre-arrival emails
  • Coordinating with the front desk to escort VIP guests to their rooms
  • Collaborating with Guest Services and Engineering departments on requests
  • Picking up laundry requests from guests, following up on delivery, and promptly returning laundry

Additional responsibilities include reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager, following company policies, maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring confidentiality, and supporting team goals. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
