Position: Business Studies Teacher
REAP is currently hiring a qualified and passionate Business Studies Teacher for one of our esteemed client schools in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in teaching the American Curriculum excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach to student engagement and academic excellence. Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
Deliver engaging and wellstructured lessons aligned with the American Curriculum.
Create lesson plans schemes of work and teaching materials with HOD approval.
Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment.
Utilize modern technology to support differentiated instruction.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
Assess and monitor student progress providing timely feedback and support.
Maintain accurate student records grades and attendance.
Prepare reports on student performance and classroom activities.
Participate actively in staff meetings parentteacher conferences and school events.
Communicate regularly with students parents and colleagues regarding academic matters.
Promote student independence and model professional behavior.
Bachelor s Degree in Business or a related field.
Valid Teaching Qualification / License in the subject area.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of teaching experience preferably in the American Curriculum.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Male candidates preferred due to schoolspecific requirements.
Ability to join immediately is highly desirable.
