About the Role

As our BI Manager, you’ll lead the design, development, and administration of enterprise BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau) and data warehouses. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact dashboards, uncover trends, and enable data-driven decision‑making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BI solution design, dashboard wireframing, and development (Power BI/Tableau)
• Manage and maintain BI servers and enterprise data warehouses (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Perform data exploration, trend analysis, and ad‑hoc SQL reporting
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Ensure QA/UAT processes and provide end‑user training
• Troubleshoot BI issues and implement fixes
• Drive proof‑of‑concept BI solutions for evolving business needs

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 6+ years in Power BI/Tableau development & administration
• Strong SQL development and data modeling experience
• 4+ years in enterprise DWH environments (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Experience with Agile delivery, Visual Studio, GitHub
