We are looking for an Independent Business Referrer in Recruitment for the UAE & Gulf countries. The Happy Recruiter is an established executive search firm expanding into the UAE. We seek a motivated professional to generate business with an existing portfolio of companies actively recruiting or planning to establish operations in the UAE and Gulf region, who will likely need to build teams with the support of our firm.

About the role
  • This is not a permanent contract, but a regular collaboration designed as a side job for someone who enjoys networking and business development.
  • You will work in exclusive collaboration with our firm, introducing companies to our recruitment services and helping them scale their teams.
  • Flexible engagement with 100% commission-based remuneration, rewarding results directly.
