About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager Freight to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in freight forwarding sales within the UAE and be capable of driving new business while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air Sea and Land).
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve sales targets (minimum 4x monthly salary).
  • Prepare proposals negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategy.
Requirements:
