About the Opportunity

A client facing, technical and commercially focused role, on behalf of an oilfield services company with a mission to develop market share in the UAE and Abu Dhabi, whilst overseeing business operations.

Required Profile

15+ years experience in well completions, progressing career from technical field based role through to technical sales, account management and/or business development for completions, including multistage frac completions.

Middle East work experience including UAE market experience (with ADNOC) from a business development perspective.

Expertise in completions and liner hanger operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Propose technical solutions through presentations, bids, and networking with major oil companies.
  • Lead tenders for multistage Frac completion work.
  • Set up pre qualification for linger hangers segment.
  • Identify and develop opportunities with new customers and lead the sales processes from tendering, pricing, contract negotiation, and setting up partnership agreements with other frac companies.
  • Forecasting and identifying technology gaps for well completions and linger hangers.
