The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly within digital or marketing sectors, and proven success in GCC markets. Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager

📍 Location: Remote/ Hybrid role based in the UAE

💼 Experience: 2–4 years

💰 Salary: AED 10,000 – 13,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strong business development strategy to grow the client base in the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital and creative services (influencer marketing, social media management, events, in-store and on-ground activations).
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, marketing directors, product owners, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to analyze client needs, industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, etc.) to deliver customized proposals and solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, GCC & KSA market trends, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances.
