Role Summary

We are seeking a highperforming Arabicspeaking Business Development Manager with a strong track record in enterprise software sales specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives in a fastpaced environment demonstrates disciplined execution and consistently meets or exceeds quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify qualify and close new business opportunities for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP HCM SCM) in the Middle Eastmarket.
  • Drive endtoend sales cycle: prospecting client meetings solution selling proposal development pricing negotiation and closing.
  • Build and manage strong longterm relationships with Clevel stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and position Oracle Fusion as a valuedriven solution.
  • Collaborate with presales solution architects and delivery teams to tailor solutions that address customer pain points.
  • Stay updated on Oracles latest offerings and industry trends to ensure compelling product positioning.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts pipeline updates and regular progress reports to VP Sales.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 510 years of hunting sales experience in enterprise applications (Oracle SAP Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
  • Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud sales (ERP/HCM/SCM preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving quarteronquarter targets.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) mandatory.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and executive presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Preferred Attributes
  • Prior experience selling into government banking or enterprise verticalsin the GCC.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud commercial models and licensing.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and highly disciplined in CRM and pipeline management.
