Overview

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Business Development Manager for a leading company in the luxury marble and stone industry based in Dubai. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a deep understanding of the stone sector covering everything from quarry sourcing to final installation who can drive business expansion, secure new projects and strengthen long-term relationships with both clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new project opportunities across the UAE and international markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors and developers.
  • Develop strong supplier partnerships locally and internationally including quarries, factories and distributors.
  • Accompany clients for slab inspections, selection and approvals at factories.
  • Conduct site visits for awarded projects to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with estimation, technical and production teams to prepare proposals and align supply with project timelines.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay updated on quarrying, cutting, polishing, logistics and installation practices.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and networking events.
  • Explore new revenue streams and niche markets beyond traditional construction channels.
  • Maintain updated client and supplier databases and follow up on leads, quotations and project approvals.
  • Submit business development reports and pipeline updates to management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development within the marble or stone industry.
  • Strong understanding of the complete stone supply chain and installation process.
  • Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Previous experience in the UAE or GCC preferred; international exposure is an advantage.
