The Role Business Development Manager – Protective Coating Join a rapidly growing provider of corrosion protection and industrial surface preparation services with a strong operational base in the GCC! Role Summary : As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across the industrial, marine, energy, and oil & gas sectors. You’ll play a crucial role in a resilient, growth-oriented business pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy to acquire new clients in the GCC region, focusing on marine, fabrication, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
  • Generate and qualify leads, manage proposal development, and drive deal negotiations through to close.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company in a professional, consultative manner.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for new client needs.
