What will you be doing?
- Driving outbound sales to “high spend” companies across any industry.
- Owning the process from prospecting and cold calling to demo, negotiation, and activation.
- Managing 30 completed demos a month to hit the target (Average 60% close rate).
- Collaborating with Customer Success to grow client spend post-sale.
- Building and managing your own pipeline in Salesforce.
What do you need?
- Proven track record in a hunting or 360 sales role (SaaS, fintech, or tech ideal but not essential).
- Resilient and motivated by uncapped earnings.
- Comfortable with high outbound volume and cold calling.
- Self-starter who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-growth environment.
