The ideal candidates will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within Business Setup, Corporate Services, or Banking, and a proven ability to manage and grow corporate client portfolios in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B client relationships within the UAE market
  • Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from initial client engagement to deal closure
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline records using CRM systems
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Prior experience in Business Setup, Corporate Services, or Banking is essential
  • Solid understanding of the UAE business landscape
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Willingness to work in a Sharjah-based, on-site role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Arabic language skills are preferred, but not mandatory
