At Terracotta, your voice counts, your ideas matter, and your success is celebrated. We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team. Specializing in corporate services, new business establishment, and PRO solutions, this role will be at the forefront of driving growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding our business footprint across the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in corporate services, particularly in new business establishment and PRO service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationship
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings and proposals that meet the specific needs of corporate client
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the corporate sector
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting business setup and PRO services in the UAE
- Lead client consultations and presentations to demonstrate our capabilities and value proposition effectively
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirement
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve revenue target
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and foster business relationship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the corporate services sector, with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of company formation processes, PRO services, and business regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
