Role Summary

Support all data maintenance activities for Master Data, ensuring data is managed in utmost quality and adherence to governance framework while fulfilling requirements from business unit.

Responsibilities

• Assist business unit and master data governance team in data management activities
• Resolve REVO tickets / perform all master data maintenance tasks in SAP within SLA's - Ensure master data processes are executed as per SOPs
• Maintain up-to-date Article, Price, Replenishment, Customer and Vendor data.
• Ensure master data is maintained as per Tatmeen Regulations
• Monitor accurate data flow and sync between SAP S/4HANA, EWM, ATTP and D365 - Sense check of details provided in Article, Price, Replenishment, Customer and Vendor data update requests.
• Validate data once created/maintained.
• Maintain updated REVO Approval matrix as per business requirements.
• Continuous communication with the data producers/consumers, if any incorrect / incomplete data is identified
• Serve as a liaison between departments for all data product related inquiries and issues - Provide updates and generate progress reports when requested
• Assist in developing and making improvements in governance processes and procedures
• Define, monitor, and achieve role‑specific KPIs in alignment with data governance and business objectives.
• Provide Ad‑Hoc support for business‑critical requests.
• Help solve any issues / bugs that may raise (by end users) in conjunction with the IT department
• Assist in data cleansing activities as and when requested
• Perform UAT for any new process updates requested by the business
