Job description

We are supporting a leading Asset & Wealth Management client in Abu Dhabi on a large-scale transformation programme and are seeking experienced Business Analysts with strong operating model design and delivery expertise.

This role sits at the heart of a front-to-back transformation, covering middle and back-office functions, and will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive tangible change across the operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support operating model design, including target state definition, process optimisation, governance, and role/accountability mapping
• Deliver front-to-back transformation initiatives spanning Front Office interaction points, Middle Office controls, and Back Office operations
• Conduct end-to-end process analysis across key Asset & Wealth Management functions (e.g. trade lifecycle, onboarding, settlements, reconciliations, reporting)
• Translate business strategy into clear business requirements, functional specifications, and implementation roadmaps
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure alignment and effective delivery
• Support change delivery including UAT, implementation planning, and post-go-live stabilisation
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing structured problem-solving and recommendations

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Private Banking
• Strong background in operating model design and delivery
• Hands-on experience with front-to-back transformation programmes
• Solid understanding of middle and back office functions (Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Reporting, Controls)
• Experience working on large transformation or change programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
• Experience working in the Middle East or on regional transformation programmes
