Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Collaborate with technical teams to drive solutions that will fulfil business requirements effectively.

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Conduct process mapping, analysis, and feasibility studies and present recommendations.

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies.

• Monitor user acceptance testing (UAT) with testing team and activities/deliverables from DTI team.

• Coordinate with the OPS team to establish and optimize business processes as required. Provide analytical and project support to the OPS team for resolving production issues related to onboarded partners, systems, or workflows.

• Manage and resolve partner and stakeholder queries, complaints, and escalations in coordination with relevant teams.

• Own relationships with the DTI team for project deliveries, incident tracking and production support.

• Airline experience necessary
