Job Title- Bridal Consultant
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and highly-motivated Bridal Consultant to provide exceptional service and styling expertise to brides-to-be. You will guide clients through the journey of selecting their bridal gown and accessories ensuring a personalized memorable experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage brides-to-be and their guests in the boutique, create a warm professional atmosphere and build rapport from the first appointment.
- Conduct detailed consultations: understand the bride's vision, style preferences, body shape, budget and timeline.
- Present and recommend bridal gowns, veils, accessories and customise options tailoring suggestions to each individual's style and requirements.
- Assist in managing the fitting and alteration process: schedule appointments, liaise with the tailor/atelier, track progress, ensure timelines and quality are met.
- Maintain and update the bridal client file: record measurements, preferences, dress selections, follow-up actions, alteration notes and event date details.
- Drive sales: meet and exceed individual and boutique bridal sales targets, contribute to team goals, upsell accessories and additional services.
- Work closely with marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure boutique displays reflect current collections, new arrivals and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with bridal fashion trends, designer collections, fabrics/fittings and market competitor activity; share insights to improve store offerings.
- Provide after-sales client support: follow‑up with brides post‑purchase, assist with queries, alterations and dressing services as needed.
- Ensure boutique bridal inventory is managed effectively: monitor sample gowns, demo pieces, accessories stock ensuring presentation quality and availability.
- Maintain boutique standards: ensure fitting rooms and displays are immaculate, maintain product presentation and ensure the overall client experience is premium.
- Administer appointment systems and CRM updates, coordinate with store operations and ensure client files are complete and accurate.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Retail Management, Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in bridal luxury fashion retail or high-end customer service roles.
- Strong sales track‑record and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with brides upscale clientele and guests.
- Keen eye for fashion styling and detail; good understanding of gowns fittings, fabrics and accessories.
- Professional polished appearance and confident manner.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel/Word) and comfortable using CRM or appointment systems.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages an advantage.
- Flexibility to work weekends evenings and accommodate bridal appointments as needed.
