Job Details

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant Engineering or Architectural field.
• A minimum of 10 years broad experience in multidisciplinary (B)IM on large-scale projects.
• Minimum of 4 years of recent experience in one of the mentioned specializations.
• Mandatory proficiency and hands‑on experience with a (B)IM authoring tool.
• Mandatory proficiency in design coordination tools.
• Mandatory proficiency in Information Management in a Common Data Environment.
• A good understanding of data‑driven workflows and communicating their benefits to a range of staff.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant standards including all parts of the ISO 19650 series, ISO 7817, BS 8536, and ISO16739 with a focus on their practical application through a change management programme.
• Information Management and BIM‑related certifications would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of openBIM, the use and benefits of it throughout the project lifecycle, knowledge of openBIM use cases, Information Delivery Specification (IDS), Data quality checking and standardised information exchanges using COBie at the correct work stages.
• Experience working within a multi‑national work environment, with an understanding of cultural nuances and diverse project requirements, would be beneficial.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems, with a focus on addressing prioritised challenges.
