Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects in Revit.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including structural MEP and landscape consultants to ensure seamless integration.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or equivalent software.
• Review architectural drawings specifications and related documents to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and municipality standards.
• Assist in the preparation of LOD 300-400 models ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Generate schedules drawings and detailed documentation directly from BIM models.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards templates and workflows in coordination with project teams.
• Provide technical support and training for teams using Revit and BIM-related software.
• Ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables as per project deadlines.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with a proven track record in UAE projects.
• Strong expertise in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and other BIM-related software.
• Background in design consulting companies is mandatory.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes local authority regulations and submission processes.
• Excellent coordination skills with MEP structural and other disciplines.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Locally available in the UAE and can join immediately.
