Qualifications

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 4 years of Telecom BSS/OSS testing experience.
• Strong understanding of telecom processes such as billing, charging, CRM, and service provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for BSS/OSS applications.
• Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate end‑to‑end workflows across billing, CRM, order management, charging, and provisioning systems.

Skills

Fluency in Arabic and English
