Job description
Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Essential Functions
  • Develops capture strategies and manages timelines to meet and exceeds monthly quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Manages activities from identification to award that will enable the growth of sales.
  • Refines and progresses the capture plan.
  • Performs detailed analysis of RFP documents to assess requirements and prepares questions for clarifications sent to the client.
  • Strategizes development including potential team member selection and roles.
  • Establishes timed gates for bid/no bid reviews and Bid decision reviews.
  • Establishes and maintains price to win including supporting analysis.
  • Develops a detailed compliance matrix and schedule outlining the entire proposal process through proposal delivery.
  • Develops the Bid strategy.
  • Communicates with the team so they understand how to price and compile a winning / competitive proposal.
  • Assists or leads development of an Executive Summary draft to support proposal.
  • Leads the team through the opportunity as a key point of contact communicating customer key requirements customer sensitivities and potential risks.
  • Identifies the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity; oversees bid strategies pricing teaming and proposal strategies; and manage the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award.
  • Leads the creation management and distribution of targeted indepth information and analysis of assigned opportunities.
  • Identifies qualifies researches builds and provides detailed analyses of assigned major procurements and programs.
  • Develops in cooperation with the team proposal themes and messages.
  • Serves as the customer advocate during reviews to bring the voice of the customer into planning and strategy sessions.
  • Provides guidance to the proposal team writers in preparing the technical components of the proposal by reviewing initial section outlines to ensure that all RFP requirements are incorporated.
  • Establishes templates and standards for proposal look and feel writing style and layout with the assistance of the graphics staff.
Additional Functions
  • Substitutes for other coworkers during their temporary absence; provides guidance training and/or assistance to other department personnel.
  • Personally responsible for protecting paper records computer records and other device associated with confidential public health information or data.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable UAE labour laws at all times.
  • Participates in regular quality audits by ensuring compliance of evidence/documents at all times.
  • Required from time to time to undertake other duties of similar nature as reasonably required by the line manager.
