We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bellboy to join our hospitality team at a premier hotel in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Bellboy you will be the first point of contact for our guests providing exceptional service and assistance with luggage directions and general guest inquiries. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all visitors to our property.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm professional demeanor
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, room delivery and transportation of packages
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, dining options and services
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs with a helpful and courteous attitude
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby entrance areas and luggage storage facilities
  • Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Operate elevators and assist guests with navigation throughout the hotel
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
  • Perform light maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to hotel dress code standards at all times
  • Multitask effectively during peak hours while maintaining service quality
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations or customer service (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to lift and carry luggage regularly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
