OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

Ensure staff collaborates effectively to deliver excellent service and meet guest needs. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing premises. Maintain storage areas with organization, FIFO practices, and cleanliness. Conduct inventories and requisition supplies as needed. Monitor dining areas for seating, service quality, safety, and guest well-being. Complete maintenance work orders promptly.
