• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar trends.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is an advantage.

Job description

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with customers making recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Create new cocktails and seasonal drink specials in collaboration with the Outlet Manager
• Maintain cleanliness organization and hygiene of the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor stock levels request supplies and minimize waste.
• Handle cash POS transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
