Job Description

All Inclusive Collection Properties is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee station, and delivering exceptional service to guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation.
  • Customize beverages based on guest requests while maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders promptly, and addressing questions or concerns.
  • Upsell and recommend beverages, snacks, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and report any technical or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; ensure timely replenishment.
  • Follow cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and maintain transaction records when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, counters, seating areas, and storage spaces.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of products to minimize waste.
  • Assist in training and supporting new team members.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues during busy shifts.
  • Represent the brand by maintaining high standards of personal appearance and professional conduct.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a barista in a hotel or café setting.
