Barista job vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE

We are looking for a talented and passionate Barista to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. We offer an attractive salary of 900 AED, and are open to considering candidates from abroad.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks, serving customers and maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe. Specifically, you will be expected to:

• Take orders from customers and prepare requested beverages
• Ensure that all beverages are prepared in accordance with company standards
• Educate customers on the menu items and explain their ingredients
• Clean and maintain equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, etc.
• Follow health and safety regulations when handling food
• Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers
• Stock products as needed
• Provide excellent customer service in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow cash handling procedures according to company policies

To qualify for this role as a Barista, you should have minimal work experience. You must also possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work quickly under pressure. Knowledge of coffee beans or roasting is an asset but not required. In addition, we expect the successful candidate to demonstrate:
