Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant and upscale bar in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, skilled in team leadership, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all bar operations ensuring smooth service and high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders and manage supplier relationships.
• Create and maintain an innovative mocktail menu in collaboration with mixologists.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Prepare schedules, manage labor costs and ensure staff coverage during peak hours.
• Monitor bar revenues, track performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Plan and execute promotional events to increase footfall and revenue.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Tourism or any related field.
• Minimum of 23 years experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high‑volume upscale environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, mocktails and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and during peak business hours.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
