Tickmill is looking to hire a Back Office Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team in Dubai and support the Arab speaking clients. The Back Office Specialist plays a vital role in the processing, reconciliation, and administrative support of forex trading activities. This role ensures all transactions are accurately recorded, compliant with regulations, and that settlements happen without errors or delays.

What does the job looks like?

The Back Office Specialist will have the chance to:

  • Process appropriate onboarding procedures according to client classifications.
  • Apply KYC practices following the account opening procedures for the Arabic market.
  • Maintain regular record keeping procedures.
  • Handle all Arabic client queries using company’s tools and systems.
  • Represent the company as the first point of contact for existing clients and assist internally, all other departments according to their needs related to customer onboarding.

What will you need to be able to do the job?

  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Arabic Language both written and oral.
  • Minumum 2 years of experience in Back Office in a regulated financial services company (FX Broker).
  • College or university degree.
  • Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills.
  • Computer literature, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of any CRM tool (Salesforce, HubSpot etc). Experience using SumSub KYC Vendor will be an advantage.
  • Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivation and team spirit.
