Job Title: Back Office Executive (Accounts Handling)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the smooth functioning of our business operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, processing data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that backend operations run efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Job Description
  • Providing Help to customer respective to the company’s services
  • Communicating courteously with customer by telephone, email and chat
  • Processing financial transaction (Withdrawals, transfers, deposits).
  • Posting deposits (credit card, wires, online, PSP)
  • Processing bonuses as per company policies
  • Performing daily reconciliation of platforms, providers and systems.
  • Responding to customers inquiries and resolving their pending cases.
  • Updating and entering customer account information in the company’s records, systems or databases
  • Performing KYC procedures and ensuring that all applications are compliant with regulatory authorities and company policies.
  • Assisting compliance with collecting and processing further KYC requirements.
  • Resolving clients queries or services problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolutions.
  • Recommending new services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Generating different reports concerning number of accounts, source of accounts, financials transactions, active affiliates, and introducers etc.
  • Liaising with several departments and solving the various issues that arise during the daily operations.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms
  • Implementing hedge strategies defined by management.
  • Cooperating with platform administrators and IT whenever necessary.
  • Spotting, analyzing and preventing Abusive Trading Behavior
  • Providing reports to senior Management and Head of Brokerage Department.
  • Assisting clients with queries regarding trading
  • Monitoring company financial risk in trading and applying related strategies to hedge risk.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in back-office, administration, or operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
