What You Will Do
  • Prospecting & lead generation – Identify and approach potential clients to expand our business
  • Client relationship management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with high‑value local and global clients
  • Sales & negotiation – Present tailored promotional product solutions and close large deals
  • Market research – Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to provide innovative solutions
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders
  • Target achievement – Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account management
Preferred Background
  • Education: A graduate degree is preferred
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in e‑commerce or print‑on‑demand
Hard Skills
  • Fluent English – written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Proven negotiation and contract management expertise
  • Industry knowledge – Understanding of promotional products and print‑on‑demand is preferred
  • Tech‑savvy, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies
  • Proficient with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic Excel/BI dashboards for pipeline and performance tracking
  • Comfortable navigating diverse procurement processes and tender frameworks across international markets
