BIM Modeler / AutoCAD Draftsman - MEP & HVAC

Dubai / UAE – 2 to 8 years of experience required.

• Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for MEP and HVAC systems, ensuring accuracy, collaboration, and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare shop drawings and fabrication details using AutoCAD; support related projects and ensure strong AutoCAD skills.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders; ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Mentor junior drafters and manage multiple projects while maintaining organized documentation.
• Possess a diploma in engineering or equivalent; experience with interior/architectural design and related drafting standards is advantageous.
