Job Description: White Rabit Auto Electrical Repairs LLC is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Auto Mechanic/Foreman to lead and manage daily workshop operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage and guide a team of technicians to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of workshop staff and technicians.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Ensure repairs and services are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct quality control checks on all completed mechanical work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and workshop protocols.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to junior technicians as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a workshop foreman or senior mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics and mechanical/electrical repair techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English (Arabic is an advantage).
• UAE experience preferred.
