JOB TITLE: Associate Technical Engineer

JOB PURPOSE: Field Engineer Hardware

QUALIFICATION: BE/BTech/Bsc/Diploma

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 Years

CERTIFICATIONS: Any Hardware Certifications

MANDATORY TRAININGS ATTENDED

REPORTING TO: Senior Manager Service Support

Responsibilities

• Candidate should be willing to work on field at customer premises
• Candidate should be willing to work on Hardware deployments parts replacement at customer premises
• Candidate will shadow Senior Members of the team for Onsite visits and collaborate to gain Hands-On knowledge
• Candidate will work primarily on HPE & Dell Servers Storage Tape Library Hyperconverged Infrastructure hardware
• Render support and Critical customer incidents/breakdowns troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team
• Execute Health Check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers
