You will be at the forefront of developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth across Fine Fragrance. We are seeking a visionary and dynamic leader who is passionate about shaping market trends and building strong intra-company and client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision to grow the business profitably and sustainably in the region, focusing on UAE, Kuwait, and Oman.
  • Implement a forward-thinking business strategy, manage commercial agreements, lead client projects, negotiate key contracts, and oversee the entire value chain to drive innovation, maximize business vitality, and enhance customer satisfaction in line with management expectations.
  • Lead commercial activities within your responsibility, including deploying global strategies, monitoring budgets, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to sales and pricing practices, and participating in local management.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and proactively address client needs to unlock new business opportunities and position dsm-firmenich as a key partner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create holistic value propositions, manage product lifecycle, and ensure high service levels and supply chain efficiency.
  • Build and develop a successful team aligned with business objectives through onboarding, performance evaluations, fostering team spirit, and effective communication of corporate and business updates.

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, science, or equivalent, with 7-9 years of successful fragrance sales experience.
  • At least 3 years in a management position.
  • Results-driven with a competitive mindset.
  • Strong negotiation skills, both internal and external.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Client-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Computer literacy; fluent in English; French and Arabic are a plus.
