Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Professor to join our Hospitality and Tourism faculty. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in a relevant discipline and possess at least 3 years of teaching and/or industry experience. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, engaging in academic research, mentoring students, and contributing to the development of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
  • Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with academic standards.
  • Supervise student research projects, internships, and dissertations.
  • Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed academic journals.
  • Participate in curriculum review and program development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with industry partners and contribute to community engagement.
  • Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
  • Serve on academic committees and participate in departmental and university events.
Qualifications And Experience
  • PhD in Hospitality Management, Tourism Studies, or a closely related field (mandatory).
