Associate Manager - Operations | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE

ROLE SUMMARY

The Associate Manager – Operations will be supporting the Operations Team by ensuring smooth communication, accurate reporting, and efficient administrative coordination between the Head Office, stores, and other departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the execution of company-wide initiatives.

ROLE PROFILE
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between various internal departments.
  • Act as a point of contact between Stores, Operations, and other Head Office teams.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive communication materials for stores and other business areas.
  • Ensure all information is clear, structured, and aligned with operational standards.
  • Prepare and maintain various operational performance reports.
  • Support the team in analyzing KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Process and follow up on customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field (Preferred).
  • Previous experience in retail operations, administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented thinking.
