Job Description :

We are looking to add a client growth partner who can serve as an account manager for existing clients and attract new clients in the MENA region within the education sector.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the education practice team and regional sales to identify prospects, set appointments, conduct qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in the education sector.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, decks, and other documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs, following a defined sales process, negotiating, and closing legal agreements, utilizing product demos, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with existing educational clients to ensure account growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships to establish Nagarro as a trusted partner, working closely with customers.
  • Seek references and testimonials from customers.
  • Ensure delivery excellence by aligning with customer vision and meeting expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to resolve delivery issues, manage client expectations, and identify opportunities for innovation and strategic breakthroughs.
  • Identify service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the escalation point for onsite resources, managing disputes or conflicts.
  • Manage contractual, financial, and legal aspects such as invoicing, receivables, MSAs, SOWs, and renewals.
